QF R&D UNVEILS ISSUE 3 OF ITS DIGITAL MAGAZINE R&D IMPACT

Qatar Foundation Research and Development (QF R&D) has launched the latest edition of its innovative and interactive digital magazine, R&D Impact, which is now available to download for free.
Issue 3 of the magazine, - published in Arabic and English - places Qatar’s next generation of scientific talent in the spotlight, through focusing on the efforts and achievements of students from the nation’s schools in the National Scientific Research Competition, jointly organized by Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF), part of QF R&D, and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education; and on the latest edition of QNRF’s Undergraduate Research Experience Program Competition.
Enabling, inspiring, and advancing innovation is also a key theme of this edition, which highlights the launch of Qatar Science & Technology Park’s (QSTP’s) Product Development Fund, and the goals of the Arab Innovation Academy – a unique pan-Arab program based at QSTP, aimed at energizing the regional tech startup scene. As well as showcasing recent QF R&D events and activities, R&D Impact also outlines QF R&D’s role in driving the development of personalized medicine in Qatar.
R&D Impact includes videos, infographics, slideshow picture displays and user-friendly navigation functions, and Issue 3 can be downloaded for free as an iPad, iPhone, Android mobile and Android tablet application from Apple’s App store (for Apple devices; iOS 8 or higher is required) and Google Play (for Android devices).
It can also be viewed in web browser format through QF R&D’s website by visiting www.qfrd.org.
